1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and sx6s ("the Platform", "we", "us"). 3 Account Registration

5 Bonuses and Promotions

sx6s offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual bonus offer page:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses on sx6s carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. • Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on sx6s use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RTP (return to player) figures published for each game are accurate and based on long-term statistical averages. Individual session results will vary.

• Game availability: sx6s reserves the right to add, remove, or modify games in the library at any time. The unavailability of a specific game does not entitle any player to compensation.
• Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the round in question will be voided and any stake placed will be returned to the player's account. sx6s is not liable for losses caused by technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

11 Account Termination

Either you or sx6s may close your account at any time. The following conditions apply:

• Dormant accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. sx6s may apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts. You will be notified before any fee is applied.

12 Changes to These Terms
